BRING IN FOR REPAIR:
Drop off your phone anytime between Monday to Friday at 10am-6pm at our office located :#383 – 13988 Cambie Road, Richmond, BC, CANADA, V6V 2K4.
Your phone will be ready for pick up in approximately few hours or the next business day.
SEND IN FOR REPAIR:
Start a service request online by filling up this simple form @ the end of the page or by calling ABC Computer Support @ 604-730-9981. You can then arrange to ship it to our Richmond office at your convenience. Please download the Smart phone repair form. We’ll deliver your Phone back to you in approximately 2 days.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Print out this the Smart phone repair form page and completely fill out all information on this form
2. If your device has a lock code, either include it or remove it.
3. We do not need you to send your charger, case or any accessories.
4. Please remove your SIM and Micro SD card and put it in a safe place before sending your phone to ABC Computer.
5. Please ship your phone via trackable shipping like CanadaPost Express,USPS Priority,FedEx, etc.
6. Keep a copy of this form and a record of the tracking # given to you by the shipper.
7. Once ABC Computer has received and evaluated your device problem, you will be contacted with an estimate. No repairs will be completed without your prior authorization and payment.
8. ABC Computer has a $30 minimum for any device we open. If your device is found to be unable to fix, we will be happy to return your device at your expense.
9. There will be an $15 shipping fee added to your repair charge. If you need overnight shipping there will be an additional $25 fee added to your service fee. Feel free to call us for an estimate. (1-604-730-9981)
